Privacy notice
A plain-language record of the data used to deliver withdrawal requests between shoppers and merchants.
Data we process
The service processes order identifiers, names, email addresses, selected items, timestamps, and merchant notes needed to verify, record, and manage a withdrawal request.
Access credentials and private workflow records are encrypted or fingerprinted where the service needs exact matching.
Why the data is used
We use the data to match an order, create a durable request record, send a receipt, let the merchant process the request, and protect the service from repeated automated attempts.
Retention, export, and deletion
Withdrawal records are retained for 24 months by default so the merchant and shopper can trace the request.
Merchants can export withdrawal-request records as CSV from the app before uninstalling. Authorized merchant users can also delete individual withdrawal requests from the request detail view.
Uninstall starts a 30-day export window. When that window ends, remaining shop data and dependent request records are automatically deleted.
Service providers and access
Shoplazza supplies order and installation data. Railway hosts the application and database, and the configured email provider delivers receipts. Merchant access is limited to the authenticated shop.
Your request
