Common merchant questions
Does the app decide whether a customer is legally eligible?
No. The app records and routes withdrawal requests. The merchant remains responsible for eligibility, refund, return, and legal decisions.
What happens if my theme does not show the Theme App entry?
The app provides a secure same-store withdrawal URL that can be added to the footer or navigation. The setup screen explains how to test and confirm that route.
Does it automatically refund an order?
No. It creates a clear request record and notification trail. Refunds and order changes stay under merchant control.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Shoplazza manages recurring billing. Merchants can manage or end the subscription through their Shoplazza account, subject to Shoplazza billing behavior.
